2. Virtual Currency (OutCoins) & Casino Simulation

• No Real-Money Gambling: Outdrop.bio is NOT a real-money gambling operator, licensed betting establishment, or financial exchange. None of the games involve real-money wagering or monetary payouts.
• Zero Monetary Value: "OutCoins" (OC) are a closed-loop, virtual, non-redeemable in-platform loyalty point system. OutCoins possess zero monetary value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency (PLN, USD, EUR, etc.), cannot be traded for cryptocurrency, and cannot be transferred to real-world financial assets or external goods.
• In-Platform Utility Only: OutCoins can only be acquired through platform engagement (such as daily rewards, arcade mini-games, and voluntary promotional tasks) and can only be used within the Outdrop.bio platform to unlock digital badges, cosmetic profile themes, and temporary visual perks.
• Non-Transferable: Virtual points and digital perks are strictly tied to your account and cannot be sold, bartered, or transferred between accounts.

3. No Refunds Policy

All purchases and payments made on Outdrop.bio are final. We do not offer refunds for any services, premium tiers, or virtual digital cosmetic goods acquired through our platform. Please consider your choices carefully before completing any transaction.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Outdrop.bio to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage our platform
• Attempt to exploit, bug-abuse, automate or manipulate the OutCoins point engine through unauthorized bots or scripts
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or any fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post on your profile. However, by posting content, you grant Outdrop.bio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
